Ok, On occasion, I do decide to waste more time on my art.....



Hmmmm...... this one took bout... hell I donnoe, 5 hours colouring.... and perhaps more in the lineart.


So yes, a Buizel in the rain.
More like a Buizel Anthro.





And yes, Meet Bess.


Currently a Random character,
Though the council is deciding if should leave her as a Rank 4 character ( Random character ) or a Rank 1 Character


Bess? Oh, she's a young Buizel..... a Water type Pokemon.
She's Capable of shapeshifting between an anthro, a normal Buizel, and a Floatzel (Last one if annoyed.)

Though unusually, She's completely incapable of speech, squealing just like a normal Buizel even in Anthro form. It's unclear if she's not capable of it, doesn't want to learn it, or is just too plain loony to learn it.



Also she's extremely eccentric, often on the borderline to mentally insane..... -__- . Playing without a full deck, two slices short of a loaf, a screw missing from the brain..... you kinda get the idea.


Other ideas:

First time trying out rain effects. Damn many number of layers needed. Background was noise then a motion blur as suggested from a tutorial I read.

Also I am startin to hate doing puddles. Rather irritating to do.

Other than that, shading is standard 1 layer + triple shading. + standard fur.


And yes, didn't really include dampness to the fur cause I kinda didn't really know how and also cause her fur is supposedly waterproof.......
