The Parasol (reference)

The idea of a Parasol wielding masked figure suddenly wacked me one day. Not sure why and this is the result. Not too sure bout the design and not too sure what to do with her but figure I have 3 heroines and 1 villian and the villianess is a ho-oh so perhaps I should do a character who's not very clear cut after a chat with one of my watchers.

So yes, an anti-villian ish thing whatever.

Civilian occupation: Unknown, believed to be something to do with the stock market

Likes: Baguettes, french toast, french food, roses, flowers, ribbons, umbrellas, masks, dresses, helping the poor, dancing, parties, showing her figure off.

Dislikes: rain, tentacles, slime, mud, octopi, authority, oppression

Notable abilities: Able to manipulate wind in a short range around herself though that is usually used for flying. Able to reduce the gravity on herself to reduce her weight (limited) hence making her very good at sneaking about undetected, Most notably able to massively improve the toughness of any non-living material she holds. Effectively uses this to make her umbrella bulletproof (she calls it Ironskin touch). Fights with her umbrella very well, believed to be a great fencer. Uses her umbrella to fly.

Notable weaknesses: Most of her abilities aren't very strongly developed so she relies more on her skill at arms than her powers but she works with them in a fight well. Her ability Ironskin touch is only effective when she is actually holding the item.

Personalty: Known to be somewhat kinky, friendly with those who aren't doing well. She generally doesn't like to fight other supers and is known to avoid hurting people she fights more than just knocking them out. She seems to have her own sense of "Justice" and her actions appear very random to a casual observer. Somewhat eccentric at times. Notably she rarely engages other superheroes/villains unless if attacked or attempts are made to apprehend her and it can come as a surprise when she casually just chats with them instead. There are of course a handful of exceptions to this as she can behave erratically. Outside her masked life she seems to blend perfectly well into the crowd. 

Notes: Isabela is actually pretty well to do herself but does a fair amount of things to help with the poor and needy. The Parasol is a notable Anti-villian, who tends to engage in robin-hood like activities stealing everything from money to medicines and documents and distributing it to those who need it. Some of her other activities include exposing dirty practices in cooperations, manipulation of financial systems, protection of refugees (which does create a problem when she lets them in the city) and some other stuff that is usually associated with anarchists. Her activities appear random and impossible to predict. Due to her popularity with the poor she's impossible to track down.
The Parasol is very unusual in that she is also known to fight the spread of narcotics, illegal arms and some other criminal activity, which does put her at odds with the local criminal gangs too. It does blur the line as to what she is classed as... because she often works to help superheros if their objectives coincide... often without them even knowing it. But she usually doesn't interfere with the activities of the other superheroes/villians.

She leaves a small paper umbrella as her mark if she leaves one.
