His character in one of his storylines, a legendary Raider known only as the "Toxic gunslinger", a cobra-rattlesnake hybrid
This appears to be her sort of "Official raider buisness" attire where she wears a mask and actually shows the raider's badge.... usually she doesn't show the raider badge or wear masks to blend in but she has a tendency of wearing very little for some reason.
