Yep, nother painted mini with a new painting style too :D so much new stuff.... not that 90% of my watchers care :D


But I don't either so I post what I like :P


Anyway 1 gargoyle done. wet blend on the wings, also a different carapace painting tech.
Lazy to try to take a better photo.


So yes, 1 gargoyle done... 19 to go.

Nice! I like this technique over the one you used on the Ravener, the accentuation on the lighter areas seems to give the darker regions a greater sense of depth.

REally cool color scheme, i usually paint my Tyranid with a black/orange scheme, for remember a mix between a lobster and a wasp.

well I'd just started fiddling about with painting them. mixed results so far as I'm trying to stabilise the tech. Find something I like.
