A one-of exception to the usual rule for the council.....

Ruby is let in to the madness of the character lockers to visit a friend of hers.......
only to be caught in the final fallout of the whole pants issue.

Character Lockers

A place where characters under council care ( I.e. my chars. ) are housed when not active.

Council law

Yes, as powerful as the council members are ( not that they have time usually to show off. ) the main council rule states for minimum contact and no violence against characters not under the council's care.

Of course.... Nova was never one for the rules anyway.

Though don't piss her off if the other council members aren't around to control her.

What powers she has? whatever she desires.

Meanwhile, in lieu of events, no more requests for visits to the character lockers. This is a one-of exception.
