Well, this is a simple vermin lord conversion... well, ok, not so simple in practice. But simple idea.


See, I didn't like the original rat demon model, (see [link] ) so when I so happened to get one secondhand from the pile of ancient skaven a colleague of mine sold to me, I went a little mad trying to figure how to improve it.

I ended up buying half of a daemon prince off Ebay to use as the main body, then green-stuffed over the chaosy stuff, and changed the smily face loincloth belt buckle for a cute rat face one.

Then I replaced the head with the vermin lord head (after cutting and bending the horns to make them more 3-D, and cut the axe arm and replaced it with the doom glave.

Then went about removing excess spikes, and filing the gap in the back where wings normally go. Also modified the tail slightly. Kinda like the anthro-ish foot rather than the original hooves cause well, it looks more rat-like. Pose is also a hell lot more dynamic than the original.


Still some more work to do with this before it's done. need to stick more skaveny stuff on it but hey, this is all done in a day



Observant people who were in the hobby will notice that the model now has 9 fingerz instead of 10.....
