Short story: Northwind valentine

It was valentine's day again... and yet another day that Rone didn't care about. Aura tagged along silently, sighing to herself. Rone noticed she's somewhat different today, and took a glance at her, wondering if she's sick.

Aura looked away, "erm Rone?"

"What?"

"It's valentine's day... could you give me a hug dear?", the suicune looked at him, with a shred of hope.

Rone groaned. He didn't really like all this mushy stuff. "No Aura, I don't want to get the cooties or pokerus from you."

Aura stared at him, then used FAKE TEARS.

"Aww Aura.. don't cry." he sighed softly, as much as he didn't like it, he wasn't one to make a girl cry. He shook his head.

"Fine Aura, here you go... don't get any funny ideas". The Lucario then walked to Aura and gave her a gentle hug.


Aura's heart fluttered in joy. she then hugged him tightly, pressing his head on her chest, causing him to blush.
"Thanks Rone..." was all she said.

"Happy valentine's day Aura." Rone replied, still blushing.... it felt soft, warm... cuddly... for a moment he felt all nice warm and fuzzy inside. Perhaps getting the cooties wasn't that bad afterall.

Yes, Aura DOES know the move Fake tears. She learnt it recently mostly to get favors from Rone. She rarely uses it though as she doesn't like to disturb him too much.
